Free Refresher's Sessions

 

Free of charge short refresher sessions lasting approximately 20 minutes

(These sessions are not aimed at new users of Class)

Improve your skills

Join a presentation on how to make best use of Class with each refresher session focusing on a small but specific area of Class. Even if you have been using Class for sometime there could be that "little gem" that you pick up. The sessions are carried out via the internet, which allows you to log in from your PC and look at our Class training data, while on the phone listening to the dialogue.

Cost

None. These sessions are FREE for all clients that hold a current Connected Support contract

Topics & Times

Groups

  • Explaining the various options for adding students into a Group
  • Dealing with Group Leaders
  • Presentation of your Group Invoices
  • Producing Group reports/documents

All the above will be explained as well as their creation and use.

Batch Updates and Date Wizard

Are you aware of the various ways of updating:

  • Groups
  • Change of dates?
  • Change of course?
  • Adding a transfer?
  • Etc.
  • Also the new Date Wizard will be demonstrated

Individual Students

  • Quick way of changing enrolment booking dates

All the above and more will be explained.

Quick Reports

Quick reports is a very versatile way of producing lists/mailings/student cards etc. but are you aware of:

  • What the different report types are?
  • When to use them?
  • How to refine the report to meet your needs
  • Produce Leaving certificates
  • Produce name/address labels
  • Mail shots - either by letter or email
  • Send bulk text messages

How to attend

Places for these refresher's sessions are limited and restricted to one connection per school but by placing your telephone on loudspeaker more people can take advantage of the presentation.
