| Free Class Refreshers |
|
The free refresher sessions for all
clients who hold a current Conected Support Contract will still be
continuing throughout the summer, but as we realise it is an extremely
busy time for you they are being slightly restructed.
The
sessions will be on small but specific areas and last approximately
10-15 minutes so hopefully will not be too disruptive to your day
(These sessions are
not aimed at new users of Class, and are only for schools with a "Connected Support" contract) |

| Improve your skills
Join a presentation on how to make best use of
Class with each refresher session focusing on a small but specific area
of Class. Even if you have been using Class for sometime there could be
that "little gem" that you pick up. The sessions are carried out via
the internet, which allows you to log in from your PC and look at our
Class training data, while on the phone listening to the dialogue.

Documents/Reports relating to Groups/Date Wizard
The summer is a busy time with a large number of Groups and you need to be able to deal with their administration efficiently.
This new release will be available to all clients who hold a current Support/Maintenance Contract.

New Version of Class - “Class.net Presentation”
- Class
is always being enhanced to take advantage of new technology and
current users requests. Infospeed are now in the end stages of
completing the fourth major re-write of Class which will contain
some brand new features including Accommodation pictures and will be
generally available by September.
- Recording when teachers/rooms are unavailable
- Teachers absence eg: Dentist, Doctors or Holiday
- Producing timetables
- Students
- Teachers
- Rooms
Teachers can have different pay grades
depending on the classes they are teaching
- A report
is available that can list the hours/lessons taught by each teacher.

helping to calculate teachers pay

Class Ledger - Dated Debt Report
This accounting report will show:
- debts for services provided up to a specific date (typically an accounting period end)
- the amount due for services received but not yet paid for (called 'Dated Debt') on each element of the booking
- receipts for services not yet taken are shown as Prepayments

Creation of Analysis fields/User Defined
These
are efficient ways of capturing information that you require that are
not part of the standard Class package. You will be shown how to:
- create and implement the fields
- their naming convention when creating Master Documents and Quick Reports

Places
are limited and restircted to one connection per school but please note
that by placing your telephone on loud speaker more people can take
advantage of the presentation. If you do book a place and then
for any reason cannot attend please advise Infospeed so that your place
can be released. If you would like to book a place please advise
