Pricing
Licence
Class can either be purchased outright or rented with an Annual Licence. The Annual Licence allows the use of Class for one year only. Prior to expiry, you will be invited to purchase a further annual license at the prevailing rate. Payment must be received prior to the expiry of the old licence to allow uninterrupted use of Class.

Maintenance
Maintenance is required in the first year and is approximately 20% of the purchase (not Annual Licence) price. Maintenance includes the services of a fully trained Support department, including in the first year, online support with Webex (latest Internet technology) allowing us to see and interact with you and your system live (subject to your permission). Class enhancements and bug fixes are also included in this service.
Consultancy and Training
These costs are extra and each new site, no matter how big or small, is normally assisted by a consultant for 2-4 days, depending on requirements. We also offer (Webex) training across the Internet, allowing us to see and interact with you and your system live (subject to your permission).
Other Costs
There may be small charges for carrying out the Class installation on your behalf and for import static data, if required.
