Training for Class Administration System
As training is such an important part of any computer system we offer the following options to meet all needs:
On-Site Training
- Trainer: £495 per day*
- Consultant: £690 per day*
Either a trainer or consultant will visit your school and the training can be tailor made to your needs. To arrange for a trainer or consultant to visit you, please contact us.
Remote Training Using The Internet
If a whole day of training/consultancy is not required then this option may be right for you. Using the internet you can connect to our training system at Infospeed which then enables you to see the screen as the trainer explains, over the telephone, the areas that you need help with. Times can also be arranged to suite schools in different time zones to the UK.
Charge: £78 per hour* (minimum of £46)

Online Sessions
We offer short free of charge refresher's sessions to all Class clients that hold a current Connected Support contract. Note: These sessions are offered online through Webex connections and are not aimed at new users of Class. Please check out our News page for more information and to see when the next refresher's sessions will take place.
