Meet The Team
Class is the result of team work. We are lucky to have attracted and retained exceptional people, who all have made it possible to develop the best administration software package for language schools.
From design to programming, to installation, support and customer service, we do everything in-house, thanks to a rich pool of talent. Our international team also includes staff with language school industry experience as well as developers, programmers, and systems engineers who work hard behind the scenes.
Some of the people at Class you might come across when working with us are included below. Get to know a little more about them here…

About me
I was born and bred in Poole and I cannot imagine living anywhere else. I love living close to the sea but also a stone’s throw from the countryside.
At Infospeed
I started working at Infospeed in 1989 and have seen many changes over the years.
I work on the front-line support helping our clients to get the most out of Class. I also train new clients and enjoy the challenge of helping to get Class working to suit their needs.
I am currently working my way through updating the hundreds of help documents!
At home
I play netball and also run the netball team. I am a member of the committee and have a small role helping to run the local League.
At weekends I enjoy spending time with family and heading out for a stroll along the beach. I enjoy socialising with some of my old school friends and love reading crime novels. -

About me
I was born in Hertfordshire and moved to the South Coast in 2001. Most of my working life has been in the hotel industry, but I have now worked at Infospeed since 2009.
At Infospeed
My role on support is primarily on the training side, doing a lot of onsite but also offsite training, taking me as far as Malta and Canada.
At home
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Lake District with my little border terrier, Talis, followed by a Guinness in the nearest pub! Last year, I completed a 23 mile hike across the Jurassic Coast in aid of Help for Heroes. My ideal holiday destination would be Iceland. -

About me
I’m originally from Poland, where I studied economics & finance before following my heart and moving to Bournemouth 9 years ago. Between 2010 and 2016 I worked for Cavendish School of English across many different departments, mainly looking after finance and administration for the Marketing department. I really like numbers and everything that you can do with them! Another passion of mine is shoes – I absolutely love high heels!
At Infospeed
It is my job to ensure that an excellent standard of customer service is maintained within the team for product support, training, accounts and documentation.
At home
I love spending time with my husband and two year old daughter. We go to the beach a lot as well as visiting local parks and forests (when the weather is nice!). We all also love Frozen. In my spare time I really enjoy making tasty cakes and treats for my family and friends. -
