Please remember that if you are a UK or European customer with a Connected Support contract, you are entitled to 1 hour of free training per year, to cover anything you like at all.
For our customers who are further afield, such as United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, you are entitled to 30 minutes per month.

All you need to do is contact support@infospeed.co.uk in order to book a date and time that is convenient for you, and we’ll also be able to tell you how many training hours you have outstanding.
