This information can be reported on by using the “Enrolment Bookings” report.

Within the report you can enter the dates required, with the number of months you wish to report on.

This can then be sorted by different options i.e Schools, Agent, Territories etc.

Then the report is ran to Excel.

To get a list of student numbers by course, over the one year based on the period they were studying.

You would create a Course Booking Statistics report.

Within Class you have the “All School Statistic Summary, this is a quick way to see how your school(s) are performing over a specific period.  Student numbers as well as statistical weeks and values can be found quickly from this report.

This report can be found within the Reporting Module of Class.
