This can be achieved by using the ‘Booking & Production’ or the ‘Booking & Production (Extended)’ reports.

Also if you are just comparing year on year for just one particular agent this can be viewed within the individual agent, this is a quick way to see how an agent is performing over a specific period. Student numbers as well as statistical weeks and values can also be found within each of these reports.

An agent can have different discount and commission rates set up.

These are entered within the Agents “Pricing” screen.

Each Agent will have a ‘Default’ set up for Tuition, Accommodation, Transfer and Sundry.  The default is where you can record the agent’s general discount and commission rates.

If the agent is also to receive further discounts on specific courses you can add an ‘Item’ or a ‘Group’

The Agent Room Allocations feature allows you allocate (reserve) accommodation products to your agents, monitor their progress and adjust allocations accordingly. For example, you may have setup an availability list for a specific residence that defines how many beds are available on any given day throughout the year. It is these numbers that are used as a basis for allocations to agents.

Within the agents profile you have a “Statistics” tab, here you can produce the figure for that particular agent showing student numbers for a specific period.

Within the Enrolment-General quick reports you can produce a report which will show you the number of students that each of your agents has enrolled in a particular date range.

This can be produce in Class using the Enrolment Booking Statistics, this will show number of student that have been booked for a particular date frame based on agent/country.

Price groups are applied to the Agent record via the Finance Details>Pricing.

The disc/comm price groups are for use with agents pricing.

They provide a method of grouping price items together.

For example a price group called ‘General English’ could consist of GE15, GE20 and GE25 lessons in order to apply a special rate of discount/commission.

A price group can be assigned to any number of agents and each agent can have a different discount/commission rate applied for the price group.
