Within Class there is a standard report that can be used, however you could also create your own Enrolment General quick report to produce similar information.

Within Class if you select the group that you are wanting to cancel and click on “Cancel Group” this will then give you the option to add a cancellation charge.

To add a new group into Class, select on Admissions>Groups

Within Class you have the Group Batch Processes, which allows you to apply an update to all records within a group.

Group Batch updating can be used to update student records in many circumstances, including the following examples:

A Group is arriving/departing on different dates than first booked.
Students are to study on a different course than the one originally booked.
The course price item has been incorrectly input.
Accommodation is to be upgraded.
Transfer details once known can be updated.
Arrival Status and Bookings Status can …

With Class you can produce student certificates.

You would initially need to create a document template for the certificates, and then produce a quick report to capture the students that you are wanting to create a certificate for.

Booking Fees/Registration Fees can be set up via the school setting to be picked up automatically within each student enrolment.

Check the students’ course to ensure it is booked correctly.

Check that there is a Course Booking attached in the middle section of the screen.

There is a function within the Enrolment ‘Bookings’ screen which allows Course holiday breaks to be inserted into an existing course booking. This effectively causes the course booking to be split into two bookings, unless the holiday break starts or finishes on the course booking start or finish date.

No change to the total financial value of the Course is made.
